Yoga and meditation

in nature

It's not about being good at something. It's about being good to yourself.

Finding peace and connection
in everyday life

Yoga is one of the most powerful ways to relieve stress and reconnect to ourselves, through physical exercise, movement, breathing and meditation. It’s just as positive for your mind as your body – it’s the unity of body, mind and soul. That’s why we incorporate yoga, breathing and meditation into all of our activities and adventures.

We can learn so much about ourselves through yoga that we never considered before, just by simply slowing down and tuning in – that’s when the magic happens!

It's in this learning that you begin to un-learn the way you have been put together and start to know your true self better. It’s a meditative state when you’re finally able to get away from the fast paced world we live in. And that means your mind finally gets a chance to find some clarity and peace, freedom from the chaos around you and the mind chatter.

Yoga in nature

Taking yoga and meditation outside into the fresh air comes with some big benefits and introduces the healing powers of nature.

The unfortunate truth is that many of us don’t spend enough time outdoors, which can take a toll on our well-being in so many ways. If you’re committed to moving your body on a consistent basis (whether through yoga or any other fitness modality), doing so under open sky will inevitably increase the health benefits.

Fresh air, sunshine, natural light, and sounds of nature help us really feel connected to nature in such an amazing way. We are more in touch with how we are all one, and practicing yoga outside is a beautiful way to soak in the outdoors.

Whether it’s SUP club, SUP yoga, forest bathing, or even an overseas adventure – yoga and meditationa are at the very core of everything we offer, but in a very accessible way.

In truth, yoga doesn’t take time – it gives time.

“I contacted Rhiannon to find out a little more information and I was immediately set at ease. She was so supportive and reassured me that it’s all about having fun with like minded women, going at your own pace.

My first session was everything I'd hoped it would be. Becky was brilliant, welcoming me to the group - an amazing group of all ages and backgrounds, so supportive and friendly, most having not known each other before joining. I felt immediately included”
